We accept exchanges as long as the clothing has ALL of its original tags, hasn't been washed, worn, used, or otherwise damaged. Exchanges must be sent back to Team Camo Gear within 14 days of receipt of the item. To ensure your return in hassle free, please use our printable return form. Based on product availability, your exchange will be processed immediately and shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge. In the event that your replacement item is no longer available, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item.
Incorrect Merchandise:
If you receive incorrect merchandise, please use our printable return form and return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt of order. Please fill out the form and send it along with your incorrect merchandise to: Team Camo Gear

Once the incorrect merchandise is received, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge.
Defective or Customized Merchandise:
Team Camo Gear will replace any item that is found to be defective with an identical item provided we are notified of the defect within 3 days of delivery to you. After 3 days Team Camo Gear will no longer be responsible for defects found.
Team Camo Gear will not be responsible for defects found after the item has been customized or personalized by the customer (see below).
Team Camo Gear cannot accept returned merchandise that has been customized to your personal requirements (embroidery, heat-transfers, silk screening, alterations, etc.) under any circumstances.
If you do not receive the correct number of items ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by calling (614) 595-6223. If you do not let us know within 48 hours, Team Camo Gear will not replace the item.
Team Camo Gear does not recommend heat transfers for the women's pink or gray camouflage t-shirts as the heat will change the color of the shirt in the area of the heat transfer. We have tested heat transfers on the men's camouflage t-shirts and did not have any problems. Before applying a heat transfer to any of our products, we recommend that you test one first and thoroughly inspect it before doing any more since Team Camo Gear cannot accept returns for customized products under any circumstances.
Please be aware that camouflage colors may vary in shade due to being manufactured in different dye lots. If you order 10 purple camouflage t-shirts, a couple may come in a slightly different shade. Team Camo Gear will be more than happy to replace any clothing that does not match your specifications as long as it has the original tags attached, has not been customized, worn, or washed in any manner.
For Unwanted Items:
If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact Team Camo Gear within 14 days of receipt of the item. You must then ship the item (in new condition ) back to Team Camo Gear at your expense. Once the merchandise is received, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item (less original shipping charges).
SHIPPING: Shipping Time takes anywhere from 5 to 7 business days. Please note: We do not have over-night shipping.
